Airport Transfers
On booking your accommodation you will also need to arrange an airport transfer. KPS works with ADDA Tours, a licensed and reputable transfer company, who will meet you at the airport and take you directly to your accommodation. Your flight will be monitored by Adda Tours prior to arrival and changes to the arrival time accounted for to ensure you are not left stranded at the airport.
Transfers are booked according to the number of people traveling and prices are the for vehicle regardless of occupancy. Please ensure however to book a vehicle of the recommended capacity to guarantee that your luggage will fit.
VIP transfers are also available with BMW X5 or Mercedes 200E.

For transfer bookings please supply us with your arrival and departure:
- Arrival/Departure Date
- Arrival/Departure Flight Number
- Arrival/Departure Time
- Vehicle Type i.e. car, minibus etc
Notes:
- Dalaman airport transfer time 1 hour and 30 minutes non stop.
- Antalya airport transfer time 3 hours including a short stop on route.
- Pick up times for return journey are 4 hours before flight departure except in July and August when the time is increased to 4.5 hours.
- Payment should be made to ADDA Tours directly either by payment in cash to the driver on arrival or at their offices during your stay. Payment at the office can be made with cash or credit card.
- Transfer bookings must be made in writing by email or fax to our office.
- Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee to the amount of the single way transfer.
