Villa Sandra has a private pool and spacious terraces, andis within easy walking distance of Kalkan’s shops and excellent restaurants. You can buy your fresh bread for breakfast at the mini-market 200 yards away; 5 minutes gets you to town; and 10 minutes to the pleasures of the old town, beautiful harbour and beach. A car is not necessary unless you wish to explore the surrounding countryside and archaeological sites.
The twin of Pembe Ev next door, Villa Sandra is ideal for couples wanting a relaxing getaway week or two. But it can accommodate 3 people easily and 4 at a squeeze. The large double bedroom has a king-size bed and 2 balconies; and the second bedroom has a 3 ft single bed with a matching pull-out bed and a balcony.
The pool terrace is south-facing and is equipped for alfresco dining, with shade available if the sun gets too much. The large private roof terrace has stunning views of Kalkan bay and surrounding mountains, lovely for morning coffee, drinks, sunbathing and stargazing.
The villa is air-conditioned and well-equipped throughout. The owners use it regularly and have done all they can to create an attractive and comfortable holiday home.
