The Stone House is a wonderfully relaxing villa with a real Mediterranean feeling. Lovely sea views from the pool and a terrace surrounded on both sides with mature gardens affording a high degree of privacy.
Inside the villa teracotta floors, white washed walls and wrought iron furniture will make you feel you are away from it all. All three bedrooms are well equipped and stylish, but it the outside area of this villa that excels, with a large pool and terrace area with two shaded pergolas and a hammock for an afternoon snooze.

Master double bedroom with vaulted veiling, stone fireplace and king size bed plus a chair bed for small children. Twin bedroom with vaulted ceiling opening on to the side roof terrace. A further ground floor twin bedroom with access to the pool terrace. Babydan travel cot and intercom.

Family shower bathroom with washing machine and storage cupboard plus a second ground floor shower bathroom with wet room style shower.

Open plan lounge with fireplace opening onto the pool terrace.

Pool terrace with dining table and 8 chairs underneath the shady pergola, 6 pool sun loungers and 2 large umbrellas. Bench seating underneath the lounge pergola. Table and chairs on the roof side terrace. Hammock in the garden.

Air conditioning to all bedrooms. Ceiling fans in the main living area. Bed linen, and bathroom towels provided. Weekly main cleaning and laundry change and dailly light cleaning service. Washing machine, clothes airer, iron and ironing board plus hairdryers. Welcome hamper on arrival.
Distances
10 minutes walk to the nearest shop. 10 to 15 minutes walk to Kalkan centre and 10 minutes to nearest bar/restaurant. Please note that many of the surrounding roads are uneven and a car may be advisable to make the most of your stay. |
