Rumi Penthouse is a 3 bedroom property situated in a fantastic central location, with modern décor, large roof terrace and beautiful sea and mountain views, the Rumi Penthouse offers guests comfortable, stylish accommodation with their own private pool.

    The accommodation is fully air-conditioned and arranged over two floors and both levels are spacious with floor to ceiling picture windows allowing for plenty of natural sunlight to flood the rooms. 

Lower level:

    Bedroom 1 - A spacious double with a large wardrobe that is the length of the room, a vanity area, bedside table and floor to ceiling glass doors which lead out to the balcony balcony and a spacious en-suite wet room with walk-in shower.

    Bedroom 2 - A double bedroom with wardrobe, bedside table, an en-suite wet room with walk-in shower and a balcony.

    Bedroom 3 - A twin bedroom with wardrobe, mirror, en-suite wet room with walk-in shower and a balcony.

Upper level:

    A wooden staircase leads you upstairs to a modern open plan living area comprising of a kitchen with island/breakfast bar and a lounge area with flat screen TV.

    The kitchen is well equipped and includes an espresso coffee machine and water cooler as well as fridge-freezer, oven, hob and extractor, dishwasher and washing machine. A guest cloakroom is also provided on this level.

    The living area looks out via a large landscape picture window onto the apartment's outdoor terrace and beyond to the Mediterranean.

Outside areas:

    The spacious private terrace can be accessed from the lounge and via large sliding patio windows from the kitchen area.

    The terrace has superb views of Kalkan bay, an alfresco dining area with BBQ, good sized plunge pool, 4 sun-loungers, 2 parasols and a poolside shower.
