Villa Felix is a three bedroom villa located in the Kördere area of Kalkan with lovely views down over the hills to the sea.
The villa has a spacious lounge, kitchen dining area for everyone to get together. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 double en-suites and one twin bedded room, also en-suite.
Villa Felix has an indoor heated pool and sauna for when the weather is not so great, so the perfect place out of season. There is also a games room with table tennis and comfortable seating.
On the pool terrace of the villa, an elegant stone-made barbecue, sun loungers, parasols, garden seating, small childrens play area and outdoor dining all around a lovely pool.
NOTE : Between October 1st and April 15th, pool heating is included in the price.
