Pembe Ev is a two bedroom villa located just off the Kalamar Road and an easy 5 minute walk into the old town of Kalkan.The villa has a large garden and pool terrace, as well as a magnificent roof terrace, where there is also an additional kitchen and lounge, as well as the outdoor seating and table.
On entry to the villa there is a large lounge, kitchen, dining room with doors out to the terrace and pool as well as an additional cloakroom.
On the first floor are two en-suite bedrooms with balconies.
On the second floor is an enclosed lounge and kitchen, while the large terrace has dining and relaxing seating.
