90-Day Policy:
100% refund (except administration fee) if cancelled at least 90 days before check-in.
No refund if cancelled less than 30 days before check-in.
60-Day Policy:
50% refund (except administration fee) if cancelled at least 60-89 days before check-in.
No refund if cancelled less than 30 days before check-in.
60/30-Day Policy:
20% refund (except administration fee) if cancelled at least 60 days before check-in.
No refund if cancelled less than 30 days before check-in.
30 Days or Less Policy:
The payment amount made during the reservation process is non-refundable.
No Show:
In the event that the guest does not occupy the villa or apartment without force majeure, they are obliged to pay the entire rental fee amount.
