Sabina at Elvina is a two bedroom duplex apartment located just above the Ortaalan, an easy 15 minute walk into the centre in Kalkan.
On entering the apartment there is one of the bathrooms, lounge, kitchen, dining area that leads out to a private terrace.
On the upper floor is the second bathroom and the bedrooms, both with sea view balconies.
Outside there is a private* pool immediately in front of the apartment, and there is also a stunning 48m long communal pool.
- The private pool is shared with one property immediately adjacent and is approx 35m2.
