Villa Evin is a modern luxurious seaside villa with a fantastic location, just metres from the water’s edge. Within two minutes, you can be swimming off the seaside bathing platforms, or enjoying breakfast or lunch at the waterside beach clubs. This is a peaceful residential area, ideal for relaxation and recuperation and a great place to enjoy the crystal clear Blue Flag awarded waters of Kalkan bay. When you want, you can join the buzz of the town, by just hopping on the local water taxi to take you to the town centre.
Villa Evin is a spacious two bedroom two bathroom villa comfortably sleeping 4, in one double and one twin/double bedroom. To the rear of the villa is a mature garden of lemon, orange, lime and olive trees set among hibiscus, jasmine and bougainvillea.

June 11, 2017This villa is outstanding, -Bridget has filled it with lots of luxury touches and the design inside and out is excellent. Arriving late evening to the transport Bridget had arranged for us, and to find the welcome pack of food awaiting 2 hungry teenagers was fantastic. The villa has plenty of places to sit outside and eat or relax in sun or shade and just a short walk to the friendly Kalkan beach club with plenty to do there. Easy to hop on the water taxi into town too when we wanted the buzz of the harbour

September 12, 2019This is a beautiful apartment, very clean and very comfortable and in a great location. We loved the pool area and the peace and quite in the garden even though it’s right in the town centre. We’d love to return here again! Lots of restaurants and supermarkets on the doorstep for when it’s too hot to walk into town at lunch time. Thank you Bridget for giving us a lovely stay in your apartment. Transfers were great too, very professional.

September 12, 2019Villa Evin was everything we hoped for and more. Modern, spotlessly clean and very comfortable beds. The outside area was wonderful. Amazing views out to sea with glorious sunsets. The pool and pool area were cleaned every day. The big umbrella over the outside dining table and the shaded seating area with lovely comfortable chairs made it easy to escape the heat of the sun. The beach club was less than a two minute walk from the villa. The staff were absolutely lovely and would happily reserve sun loungers

July 9, 2019Villa Evin, is a superb villa lovely and clean and lovely outside space with plenty of umbrellas. Also what I really liked is that the villa provided pool pillows which made for comfortable sunbathing. As we arrived early May we had the pool heated which was lovely. Also a two minute walk from the castle which is great for lunch, dinner and breakfast .

May 5, 2018We had a wonderful time in Kalkan, the scenery, the people, and the food were all amazing, our Villa and location couldn’t have been better and Bridget the property owner couldn’t have been more hospitable and helpful, this was our first stay in Kalkan and I can see us coming here for many years to come.

September 20, 2017Fabulous 2 weeks holiday at Villa Evin. This was our sixth holiday to Kalkan, but our first time in a villa and first time in Kisla. Made the right choice on both counts. Cannot say more about Bridget and the villa than has already been said. Wonderful. Went to the Villa Mahal restaurant one night, the sunbeds had been cleared and replaced with tables at the waters edge. We were lucky enough to have a large adult turtle swim through the lighting by our table. Never got that on the Kalamar Road. See you next

August 13, 2017This was our second stay at Evin and we’ve already booked for 2018. Evin is the perfect villa, it’s in a lovely quiet area of Kalkan and only a few steps from the sea and beach club. The views from the villa are outstanding from every angle. The infinity pool is perfect for lazing around in and watching the boats come and go, and the jacuzzi is an added bonus. Inside Evin, everything is so clean and brand new. Bridget has thought of everything! The beds are so comfy with really good pillows. The views again

August 2, 2017We had a fabulous week in Villa Evin! The villa itself is beautiful, with lovely spaces both inside and out. Inside there is a light, spacious lounge to chill in, a well equipped kitchen, good sized bedrooms with the comfiest beds, and two stylish bathrooms. Outside there is a good dining area, a shaded, comfy seating area, but, best of all, a fantastic infinity pool, with jacuzzi, with the beautiful views across the bay.
