Located at a prime location in the Ortaalan area and within 10-15 minute walk to Kalkan Old Town, the Villa Fey is a beautifully designed 4 bedroom villa that is recently refurbished to a high standard and a lovely garden area with sea views to chill-out. 

With plenty of outdoor spaces spread through different floors, Villa Fey offers a secluded hidden gem in the very centre of the Kalkan, very ideal for crowded groups. One of the shaded areas is used as a leisure zone as it provides a pool table, electronic dart and a football table. 

The villa offers sea views from its lovely garden area as well as an elevated seating area located in the veranda of the first floor. The terrace area also offers comfy seating area with fantastic views of the Kalkan Bay. Villa Fey has 4 bedrooms and 8 people capacity and all the bedrooms and outside spaces offer a spacious vacation under the Mediterranean sun with perfect sea views. 

This peaceful environment also offers a semi-secluded vacation experience. The bedrooms are spread across three floors, with a double room in the ground floor, a double bedroom and a twin room (with seperate balconies) on the first floor and a master bedroom at the top floor with a terrace and fantastic sea views. 

Polished with all the elegance of a comfy vacation rental, each of the bedrooms as well as living room has spectacular interior designs. It has a prime location, just few mins walk to the supermarkets, 10 mins of walk to the Kalkan center and 10-15 mins walk to beach clubs. As a bonus, villa offers an outdoor pool table, a football table, British channels & Premier League Football on TV and social streaming subscriptions (Amazon Prime, Netflix, Disney+) 

Ground floor: The villa is accessed down steps from the street above and through the gate the private garden leads to the front door. Once inside, the open plan living area has a large L-shaped sofa with a wall mounted Smart TV. A dining table with 5 chairs is integral with the kitchen island which has a gas hob and extractor fan. The well-equipped stylish kitchen has all the essential appliances, including a built in electric oven and microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and kettle. There is a water cooler and washing machine under the stairs for guests’ use. 

The first double bedroom with adjacent shower room is located on this level. The bedroom has direct access out onto the pool terrace via sliding doors. Within the room is a built-in wardrobe and dressing table with stool. 

First floor: There are two further double bedrooms on this level. The first double has an en-suite shower room and within the room a built-in wardrobe with a dressing table and stool. A glass door leads to the shared balcony with a sofa and two armchairs set around a coffee table. The second double bedroom has an en-suite shower room and within the room a built in wardrobe with a dressing table with stool. A glass door leads to the shared balcony on one side of the room and on the other, sliding doors lead to an elevated seating area with sea views. 

Second floor / roof terrace: At the top of the stairs is a glass door that leads to out to the roof terrace which is furnished with a comfy sofa set and has views across the town towards Kalkan Bay. The fourth double bedroom is also on this level with a built-in wardrobe and a basin with mirror within the room. There is a separate WC with door and sliding glass doors provide access to the ‘in-room’ shower. Glass picture windows provide views of the town and mountains. 

Outside the villa: Pool Dimensions: 7m* 5m * 1.6m The villa is surrounded by mature plants and trees which provide privacy from neighbouring properties. The pool is square in shape and has steps leading into the water. There are 10 mesh sun loungers spaced around the pool and grassed area with side tables and two parasols. 

Beneath the covered elevated seating area is a pool table as well as football table alongside with a built in sofa with cushions. There is also a portable BBQ to enjoy al fresco dining. Separate steps lead up to the elevated seating area offering sea views, which is furnished with an L-shaped sofa set around a coffee. 

A cantilevered parasol provides shade if needed. Access to the pool terrace can be gained through sliding doors from the living room and from the kitchen that leads to the outside dining table under the elevated platform.
