We are excited to bring “Fistik Ev” to the rental market for the first time for summer 2022. “Fistik Ev” is something a little different from the usual Kalkan holiday rental and is available for stays of 7 to 28 nights.

This comfortable stone house,  has a curved frontage overlooking the sea, with a large sweeping curved balcony and terrace. It is surrounded by  mature gardens on all sides. These are planted with a wide range of trees including Norfolk Island pine, Frangipani, Magnolia, sago palm and the more common Jacaranda, lemon, oranges and mulberry trees.

On the ground floor is large master bedroom with French doors and windows overlooking the garden. This air conditioned bedroom has a super king size brand new comfy bed, double wardrobes, bedside tables and makeup table with mirror. Located on the ground floor makes it ultra cool in the middle of summer. Also on the ground floor is large air conditioned bathroom with walk in shower and separate bath.

On the first floor is a spacious open plan living area with French doors onto the sweeping balcony overlooking the sea. The hand made kitchen offers all Franke appliances, includes fridge/freezer, fitted dishwasher, oven, hob and extractor. A second balcony to the rear makes it possible to enjoy sun or shade at any time of the day.

The balcony is furnished with seating for two including a dining table. Outside the sunken garden sun terrace has a private pool (2.0 x 4.5m) with tiled sun bathing deck. This pretty terrace area will be very private from surrounding properties and the street.

Fistik Ev is located literally 100m from the waterfront with a choice of beach clubs offering sun beds, sea access and cafe/bars. Close by are Kisla Beach Club, Green Beach, and Villa Mahal Beach Clubs- all within a few minutes walk away. The Beach Clubs charge a daily fee for use of the sun beds and umbrellas, which is waived if you eat or drink whilst using their facilities. As a guide the beach clubs charge between £5 and £10 per person per day.
