Villa Imperial is a five bedroom luxury villa located in Ortaalan area of Kalkan.  This stylish modern villa accomodates up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms, all with sea views.  The property has a large private infinity pool and an additional heated indoor pool.  

The accomodation is over 5 floors, there is a parking level with indoor parking, the lower level contains the indoor heated pool and gym.  There is also a lower terrace with table tennis, sun loungers and cushioned seating area. On the ground floor is a open planned lounge, kitchen, dining room.

The first floor contains 2 double bedrooms and the twin room all with en-suite bathrooms.

The second floor has bedrooms 4 and 5, both are double and both have en-suite bathrooms. There is a shared terrace off both these rooms which has a seating area and further sun loungers.

The outside area has a large infinity pool and is furnshed with sun loungers and parasols, cushioned Ottoman style seating area and an al fresco dining area with BBQ and mini fridge.  

There is also a well equipped gym and table tennis for those that like to stay active.
