Villa Kırlangıç

Villa Kırlangıç is a triplex villa on a 550 m2 private property. It is suitable for 9 people with its 5 rooms, 3 of them are double rooms and 3 single beds, and 4 bathrooms. It has a 40 m2 private heated pool, as well as 2 detached parking spaces and one covered parking space.

In our garden you will find avocado, lemon, pomegranate, orange trees and delicious grapes. There are beautiful flowers and plants aswell.

The gallery/winter garden represents the connection between the living, sleeping, garden and pool area. It contains a small library with various international literary works and is therefore also a relaxed reading corner.

All rooms have a wonderful view of the sea. You can also partly admire the sea from the pool area.

In our villa there are high-quality equipment such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove, oven, microwave, extractor hood and a washing machine with a capacity of 9 kg. The living room has a comfortable electrically adjustable leather sofa, 55" 4K Ultra HD Smart Led TV, fast internet, 3 different lighting systems ensure your well-being.

There are 2 separately accessible roof terraces with incredibly spacious 15 m2 and 18 m2 ensure a fantastic view of the sea and in the evening a crystal clear view of the starry sky. The poolside lounge, shaded by the vine leaves, provides a relaxed atmosphere.

The fitness area in the garden with various devices such as ergometers, dumbbells, rowing machines and punching bags is available for all sports lovers.

Our villa is a non-smoking villa, but both balconies can be used as smoking areas.
