Villa La Mer Azur

Villa La Mer Azur is a four bedroom villa located in the Kordere area of Kalkan, less than a 10 minute drive into the centre of Kalkan.  The elevated position of the villa commands magnificent panoramic views over green hills and beyond to the Mediterranean and mountains. 

On entering the villa you will find an open plan lounge, kitchen, dining area with glass floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors to the pool and terrace. The first of the villa's four bedrooms is also on the ground floor, Bedroom 1 has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and direct access to the pool terrace.

On the first floor are the remaining three bedrooms.  Bedroom 2 has a super kingsize bed which can also be made as twin beds with an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and a sea view balcony. Bedroom 3 has a kingsize bed with an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and a sea view balcony. Bedroom 4 has a kingsize bed with a Jacuzzi and an en-suite bathroom.  There is also a sea view balcony.

Outside the villa has a long infinity pool with a submerged seating area with Jacuzzi and water feature.  There is also a children's pool and an area into which sun loungers can be placed as well.

The pool terrace is furnished with a dining table for al fresco dining, sun loungers and a comfortable shaded soft seating area from which to enjoy the views.

On the lower ground floor is a games room with table tennis, pool table and table football. There is also a grassed area at the back of the villa with a children's play area.
