Villa Mavi overlooking Kalkan's turquoise bay is a delightful 4 bedroomed detached villa. The villa offers plenty of inside and outside space. The inside living space is light and airy allowing guests to enjoy socialising, relaxing and dining. The outside space consists of a private pool area with lounging seats, sun loungers and a dining area situated undercover. The villa benefits from terraced areas out of each of the bedrooms and a breathtaking roof terrace to top it off. The roof terrace is perfect for dining outside, and watching one of the best sunsets as the villa is west-facing and enjoys 360 views of Kalkan Bay.
Villa Mavi is located in the heart of Kisla situated in a quiet neighbourhood in Kalkan and enjoys beautiful sea views. The villa is a stone’s throw from the waterfront, 50 meters to the nearest grocer and 900 meters into Kalkan old town where there is a vibrant atmosphere of shops, bars and restaurants. The villa is a 25-minute walk to the old town and a 5-minute taxi or the nearby beach clubs offer water taxis to the harbour throughout the day.

July 8, 2023Villa Mavi is fantastic, very spacious, a beautiful master bedroom and terrace and a roof terrace with the mist amazing views of the sunsets and Kalkan town, especially at night time. Very efficient air conditioning. Plenty of room outside and very comfortable sun beds, lots of pool towels, comfy seating and a large table and chairs. The large pool was used a lot and very welcome to cool off in. Parasols and a large canopy provided plenty of shade. The location is great, a small local shop nearby, The Castle restaurant the next road down and a selection of beach clubs 5 minutes walk away. Easy to get a taxi to me from Kalkan town for shopping and meals. So many beautiful rooftop terrace restaurants to choose from and all serving excellent meals. Our favourites were Lal and Chameleon, and also Aubergine overlooking the harbour. We can’t wait to come back.
