Villa Miu is a luxury villa located in the Kalkan area, offering stunning panoramic sea views from every room. The villa comfortably accommodates 6 people with its 3 bedrooms and is designed with every detail in mind for your comfort. It features an infinity pool with a jacuzzi function.

Located close to Kalkan town center, it's just a 5-6 minute drive away. The villa boasts motorized curtains, TV, dressing rooms, private bathrooms, and WC in all bedrooms, as well as a makeup table. The master bedroom has a bathtub with panoramic sea views.

All rooms have sliding doors with additional sliding mosquito nets. The villa also has a generator for potential power outages and a laundry room.

The villa includes an alarm system and garden security system. There is a covered parking area.

Living Room:

The living room features a luxury seating group, a 65" 4K Ultra HD AMOLED Smart LED TV, air conditioning, dining table, a triple sofa, a double sofa, and two single armchairs. You can enjoy your tea while watching the sunset over the panoramic sea and city view from the comfortable seats.

Kitchen:

The spacious kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, built-in oven, built-in gas hob, toaster, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, Turkish coffee machine, juicer, citrus juicer, tea maker, blender set, precision scale, 9-person dinner set, breakfast set, and all necessary kitchen utensils.

Bedroom 1:

Located upstairs, this bedroom features a double bed (180x200 cm), makeup table, pouf, air conditioning, 108 cm Android Smart LED TV, wardrobe, full-length mirror, nightstand, en-suite bathroom with sea view, mini safe, and a bathtub. The room opens to a spacious balcony with a panoramic sea view, equipped with a comfortable seating set.

Bedroom   2:

Also upstairs, this bedroom has two single beds (100x200 cm) that can be combined into a double bed, a makeup table, pouf, air conditioning, 108 cm Android Smart LED TV, wardrobe, full-length mirror, nightstand, single armchair, and en-suite bathroom. The room features a sea-view balcony with a comfortable seating set.

Bedroom   3:

Located on the pool level, this bedroom includes two single beds (100x200 cm) that can be combined into a double bed, a makeup table, pouf, air conditioning, TV, wardrobe, full-length mirror, nightstand, single armchair, and en -suite bathroom. The room opens directly to the pool area with a large seating group and panoramic sea views, ideal for families with young children.

Laundry Room:

The laundry room includes a washing machine, iron, ironing board, laundry basket, drying rack, pegs, vacuum cleaner, and separate laundry bins for colors and whites.

Entertainment:

The 35m² entertainment room offers a foosball table, a pool table, air conditioning, a table, mirror, bathroom/WC, and TV, all with direct sea views and ample ventilation.

Pool Area:

The pool area includes 6 sun loungers, 3 umbrellas, 2 side tables, 1 hammock, 1 large rattan garden seating group, and a BBQ. The infinity pool measures 13 meters in length, 4 meters in width, and 160 cm in depth, featuring a jacuzzi function. There is also a poolside shower.
