Villa Optimum

Villa Optimum is a five bedroom villa located in the village of Akbel within a 10 minute drive from the centre of Kalkan.

A unique modern villa with a lovely sea view, Villa Eylul is perfect for large family groups or even two smaller families on holiday together.  

The first floor has a modern open plan living area with raised kitchen/dining, all with large doors out to the terrace. 

On the ground floor there are two double en-suite bedroom perfect for guests that find stairs a little difficult or those who like to get up and out early.  

The second floor has a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom which also features a Jacuzzi and access to the first floor balcony. A second double bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom and access to the balcony. 

On the top floor is a double bedroom with en-suite, this room has access to the roof terrace which has stunning views across Kalkan to the sea and comfortable seating so you can enjoy the view with ease.

Outside the villa there is a private infinity swimming pool which looks out over the wonderful sea views, a south facing sun terrace to give you sun from morning till dusk, but there are areas of shade should you need them. 

A great place to relax, enjoy the views and read a book, then get ready and nip into Kalkan in the evening to enjoy the many restaurants that we are famous for.
