Villa Ozma is a five bedroom villa located in Kalamar and is as close to the sea as you can get.  This stunning villa is at the end of a mature and quiet street, and is only 300m from the water’s edge.
 
The villa entrance is via an intercom connected gate with security camera. The private closed garage is large enough to park two cars comfortably. 
The lower ground floor is accessed through its own entrance and offers some privacy from the rest of the villa.  It consists of one double bedroom with en-suite and has great sea views.
The ground floor has a large open lounge, kitchen, dining area with floor to ceiling glass doors that make the most of the stunning panorama.  The second bedroom is also on the ground floor and consists of a kingsize en-suite room with large glass doors that lead onto a furnished terrace.
  
The first floor consists of the master kingsize bedroom with en-suite and jacuzzi as well as a further kingsize and twin bedroom, both of which also have en-suites.
Outside is well designed and is a lovely space to relax, swim, dine and entertain in.  There is an infinity pool, stone BBQ, outside bar with fridge and shaded dining area.  On the grass is a cosy hammock to while away the hours in.
