Villa Pırlanta

Villa Pirlanta is a five bedroom villa situated in the Kalamar area of Kalkan, a short walk to Kalamar Beach Club, local bars, restaurants and shops, and about a 20 minute stroll into Kalkans Old Town.

The accommodation is arranged over three floors, with the ground floor housing two lounges, kitchen and dining area.  There are also small seating areas and cosy nooks for you to escape the heat of the day. The full height doors slide open to the pool and terrace and bring the outside in.

On the first floor is the master bedroom which has a Jacuzzi tub and en-suite bathroom tucked behind light drapes as well as a furnished private balcony with amazing sea views.  Also on this floor is bedroom two, an en-suite double room with private furnished balcony and bedroom three, an en-suite twin room also with a private furnished balcony.

On the second floor are bedrooms four and five, both are doubles with en-suite bathrooms and private furnished balconies with sea views.

Outside the property has a large full length terrace which leads onto an impressive pool, which has varying depths so whether you want to sit in the water or swim there is a place for you.  At one end of the pool, you will find a shallow area with a circular sun lounger coming out of the pool, for the serious sun worshippers.  Around the pool are sun loungers and parasols as well as shaded seating areas and a large hammock for relaxing away from the heat of the midday sun.  There is also a large dining table under the pergola for those al fresco meals enjoying the views.

Villa Pırlanta has spectacular sea views, a private roof bar as well as table tennis and table football for those who are a little more competitive.
