    Villa Serra is a five bedroom villa, just off the Kalamar Road, adjacent to the Likya Residence Hotel. Only a short walk into the centre of Kalkan, this property is also close to beach clubs, and in a great location.
    On the ground floor is a comfortable lounge and kitchen opening up to a large terrace and pool terrace.
    The first floor has a double en-suite bedroom and a twin en-suite bedroom, both have sea view balconies with seating.
On the second floor there are two double en-suite bedrooms with sea view balconies again with seating.
    The top floor is dedicated to the fifth bedroom which is the master suite. The suite has a separate dressing area and bathroom with bath and overhead shower. There is access to the wonderful roof terrace which has panoramic sea and Kalkan views. Here there are 2 sunbeds and with a parasol for you while away the day without being disturbed.
    Outside the villa is a split level terrace and pool which measures approx 13m x 5m. The upper terrace is dedicated to the seating and dining areas. It’s a lovely large space to relax and just chillout on the comfortable sofa. There is also a brick BBQ and dining table for al-fresco dining and all under a wooden pergola to provide shade.
    The villa was formely a hotel and has a large and considered layout, the villa is a great place to chill with the restaurants, bars and shops only a short walk away.
