Villa Shine

Villa Shine is a five bedroom villa located in the Kalamar area of Kalkan and shows open seas views from all rooms.  The pool area of the villa is something that even the most energetic of people will find it hard not to relax next to. 

On entering the villa there is an open plan living area which extends most of the width and depth of the ground floor. This space comprises of a kitchen, lounge and dining area. Three wall are made of glass, which creates some wonderful light, particularly in the mornings and evenings. Glass sliding doors extend across most of the property and when open provide for a seamless connection between the inside and outside.

At the end of the living room are 3 steps to a hallway that leads to bedroom 1 which is a double en-suite room with direct access to the pool terrace through floor to ceiling glass doors. 

On the first floor there are bedrooms 2, 3 & 4  - There are 2 double bedrooms and one twin bedroom on this floor all of which have en-suite bath or shower rooms and sea view balconies. Take your choice of 2 master bedrooms, one of which has a deep soak egg shaped bath with sea views and the other an exceptionally large terrace.

The second floor has the 5th bedroom which is a double room with en-suite and has direct access the large roof terrace with panoramic sea view.

On the lower ground floor is a games room with table tennis and dart board.

Outside Villa Shine there are terraces and gardens extending to the front, side and back. Raised sunbathing areas have been cleverly integrated into the infinity swimming pool and comfortable mattresses make for sunbathing indulgence. Pre-dinner drinks can be enjoyed either from the villas roof terrace or the terrace seating by the pool. Shade is provided by a woven overhang that covers the outside dining area at the side of the property and the seating space at the front of the villa.
