Villa Vals is a three bedroom villa located in the Kalamar area of Kalkan, within easy walking distance to the local shops and restaurants, it is also only a 10/15 minute walk into the centre of Kalkan.

On the ground floor is a spacious lounge, kitchen, dining area, with doors out to the pool and terrace.

The first floor has the master bedroom with double bed and Jacuzzi wıth an en-suite, there is also a twin bedded room with en-suite, both rooms have a large balcony.

On the second floor is another double en-suite bedroom and large roof terrace, the perfect place to sit on a warm evening with a sundowner.

Outside the property is a large private sun terrace with pool which has been positioned so that it cannot be seen from outside and there are plenty of plants to ensure you are completely screened.  There is also an al fresco dining area and swing chair.

The neighbouring property, Villa Tanyeli, is an exact replica, so should you be a larger party then why not rent both!
