Modern Luxury One Bedroom Duplex Apartment with Private Roof Terrace Pool. Stunning Sea Views!. You Won't Find Anything Else in Kalkan Quite Like It.
ZesT is a new ultra modern property offering luxury, beautiful sea views and a convenient location for town, with shops and cafés right on your doorstep. The apartment has its own parking and private entrance and occupies the top two floors of our office building. On the first floor is the main living area, bedroom and bathroom with large balcony from the lounge. On the top floor is your stunning 40m2 private roof terrace and private pool. The pool features a seated area to one end with Jacuzzi, shaded by the pergola, and is ultimately private.
The roof level has a second outside kitchen with fridge, a large pergola for shaded dining and sun beds. A shower bathroom is also on the roof floor making it possible to stay up there all day long. ZesT will cater for 2-3 guests with the possibility of a third guest sleeping on a fold up bed in the living room, but it is an ideal couple’s romantic town escape.

Aug 2019: The apartment is absolutely fantastic with everything you could possibly need. Spotless, comfortable, great air con and showers. It is only a 10 minute walk into the town but there are shops very near to the apartment, including a great take away place. The balconies off the lower floor were gorgeous with great views but the terrace is absolutely amazing. Huge, incredible views, private and always had a breeze which was so welcome. I cannot wait to return and would highly recommend staying here.

October 12, 2017This is the second time this year (2017) that we’ve stayed at Zest, so we’re big fans of the place. The main apartment is a great size for a couple, nice big open living areas, and with a fantastic roof terrace and private pool makes it a great place to watch the world go by. Only a steady 5-10min stroll to the old town with it’s many brilliant bars and restaurants. Couldn’t fault anything at Zest, and more than likely we’ll be back again one day.

August 13, 2017From the minute we arrived at Zest, we didn’t stop saying wow! This place has the wow factor on every level! The apartment is brand new and everything from the interior doors to the beautiful kitchen are top notch! The apartment seems huge and is split over two levels. We enjoyed eating lunch each day on the balcony and watching the world go by. Upstairs on the beautiful roof terrace is the pool and jacuzzi, this area is stunning, with views to die for over the bay. There is even a kitchen area up here with

June 7, 2017Fantastic Apartment. ZesT is an amazing place to stay. It’s very well equipped with all mod cons to make your stay here very comfortable. Very clean and tidy and looks as good if not better than the pictures. ZesT is perfectly placed for all the wonderful restaurants and bars which are very close by. I will definitely return for another stay at ZesT. Kalkan really is worth a visit.

May 21, 2017Just returned from a fabulous week in Kalkan. Apartment was very clean and well equipped with a lovely balcony & relaxing rooftop pool and terrace. The location was perfect, 5 minutes stroll to shops, bars and restaurants. I would definitely recommend!
