Villa Kavuk is a three bedroom villa which has a feeling of home, set in a mature garden it is located in the Kiziltas area of Kalkan has great views. In and around the villa there is enough space for 6 easily.
Outside, the pool area is to one side and private from the neighbouring properties. There is a lovely sun terrace around the pool, as well as outdoor dining table and also a shaded Ottoman seating area to relax in.
Inside the ground floor has an open planned living, kitchen dining area, as well as a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor are two spacious well presented bedrooms with private sea view balconies, en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a superking size bed and second bedroom two singles which can be made up together if required.
On the next level there is charming bedroom again with en-suite. From this bedroom there is access to the roof terrace with two sun beds and small table and chairs.
